We are from Borivli Mumbai by tour Veena World. All service's are excellent. Food's are too good . Mr. Pabitra and group give good service.Rooms are also comfortable.

Excellent service. Suvojit was a great help to us. Really loved the stay. Check in and out were smooth. Food was excellet and the buffet had many options. Place was close to tourist places and had taxi options. Would really recommend for Shillong visits.

Hotel is really great and they have excellent room service as well. Really a great 4 star hotel. Pavitra from the house keeping staff really took good care of us and our rooms were properly arranged whenever we came back from our outing. Book this hotel if you visit Shillong
